Skyline Corporate Headquarters is a striking six-story building featuring glass facades, open-plan workspaces, and state-of-the-art conference facilities. The project included complex curtain wall systems, advanced building management technology, and BREEAM Excellent sustainability certification. We coordinated with architects and engineers to bring this ambitious design vision to reality while meeting demanding technical specifications.
The client required minimal disruption to their existing operations in an adjacent building, so we implemented strict noise and dust control measures. Our detailed planning and daily coordination allowed the client to continue business as usual throughout the 18-month construction period. The finished headquarters now provides a prestigious workspace for 350 employees and has become an architectural highlight of Edinburgh's business quarter.
