The Riverside Business Centre is a modern four-story office building designed to accommodate growing tech companies and creative agencies. We managed the complete construction from groundwork to final fit-out, delivering flexible workspace with natural lighting and energy-efficient systems. The project included underground parking, a rooftop terrace, and contemporary meeting facilities.
Working closely with the client, we completed this build two weeks ahead of schedule despite challenging site conditions near the river. The building now houses over 200 employees and has become a landmark in Manchester's growing business district. Our attention to quality and detail earned praise from both the client and local planning authorities.
