Gateway Industrial Park consists of six warehouse units built to serve Liverpool's growing logistics sector. The facility features high-bay storage, dedicated loading docks, advanced security systems, and modern office spaces for each unit. We delivered robust construction designed for heavy industrial use while maintaining energy efficiency and environmental standards.
The client needed fast-track delivery to meet tenant commitments, so we employed efficient construction sequencing and prefabricated components where possible. We completed the entire complex in just 14 months, allowing the client to begin leasing operations ahead of their target date. The park now supports over 150 jobs and serves as a key distribution hub for the Northwest region.
