Oakwood Residential Complex comprises 85 modern apartments across three connected buildings, designed to meet the growing demand for quality urban housing. The project featured sustainable construction methods, communal gardens, secure parking, and ground-floor commercial units. We coordinated multiple specialist contractors to ensure seamless integration of mechanical, electrical, and architectural elements.
This development presented unique challenges with phased construction while maintaining access to neighboring properties.
